Destining the 0.30% in an Interprofessional Fund, the company participating in the fund will be able to use the resources set aside for the continuous training of workers, participating in calls and counters for the financing of training actions aimed at qualifying employees. In this way, training, including compulsory training, can potentially be carried out at no cost to the company.

Undertakings, by joining an Interprofessional Fund, authorise the INPS to allocate the 0.30% of contributions paid for each employee (the compulsory contribution for involuntary unemployment) directly to the chosen Interprofessional Fund. Membership of a fund There is no additional cost to businesses. and – at any time – it is possible to change the Interprofessional Fund or to renounce membership.
