SAFETY POLICY AT WORK

in accordance with point 4 of the Manual of the System of Guidelines UNI-INAIL SGSL


The direction of the PartnersCoop Cooperative Society is committed, making available resources
human, instrumental, and economic, to pursue the objectives of improving the health and safety of cooperative members, workers and partners as an integral part of its activity and as a strategic commitment with respect to the more general purposes of the cooperative.
It makes this document known and disseminates it to all the subjects of the cooperative and undertakes to:

  1. From the definition phase of new activities, or in the revision of existing ones, the aspects of the
    security is considered essential content;
  2. all cooperative members and workers are trained, informed and sensitised to carry out their tasks in
    security and to assume their OSH responsibilities;
  3. the entire corporate structure (the cooperative members, the sole director, the managers, the persons in charge, and any other
    member of the company) participates, according to their duties and skills, in the achievement of the
    assigned safety objectives;
  4. workplaces, equipment, operating methods and organisational aspects are implemented in a
    to safeguard the health of workers, company assets, third parties and the community in which the PartnersCoop
    Cooperative Society operates;
  5. information on the risks of the activities carried out is disseminated to all workers; the formation of the same is
    carried out and updated with specific reference to the task carried out and dealt with quickly,
    effectiveness and diligence to emerging needs in the course of work activities;
  6. cooperation between the various company resources, collaboration with all stakeholders are promoted;
  7. all applicable laws and regulations are complied with, procedures are formulated and standards are adhered to
    companies identified and their activities are managed also with the aim of preventing accidents,
    occupational accidents and diseases.

The above commitments are an integral and essential part of the Vision and Mission of the PartnersCoop Cooperative Society; they must therefore be pursued by all members of the Cooperative at all levels.
