The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authority).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the PartnersCoop, the private messages sent by users to the institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided for), as well as the completion and forwarding of the forms on the Organisation’s websites, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, necessary to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

Cookies are not used for user profiling. The only processing carried out concerns the production of statistics, with pseudonymised data, on navigation on the websites partnerscoop.it, elearning.partnerscoop.it, safetyboxy.partnerscoop.it, and the same domains accessible with the prefix www.

The configuration adopted, in order to exclude processing of identification data, collects the following information:

• The IP address, which is masked by resetting the last 2 bytes (xxx.xxx.0.0)

Technical session cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites.

Regarding the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the social media platforms used by the organisation, please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies.
The PartnersCoop processes the personal data provided by users through the pages of the social media platforms administered at the Partners Coop Società Cooperativa, as part of its business purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with current legislation.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data collected following the consultation of some of the services listed above are the following subjects designated by the Partners Coop Società Cooperativa, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data controllers.

Aruba Business Spa, as a provider of housing and hosting services, for the provision and operational management of the technological platforms necessary for the operation of the websites.

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of the Partners Coop Società Cooperativa, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Partners Coop Società Cooperativa, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
