QUALITY POLICY
Partners Coop Cooperative

in accordance with requirement 5.2 – UNI EN ISO 9001:2015


The Partners Coop Società Cooperativa has decided to establish a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with the requirements expressed by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following activities:

“Design and provision of advisory services and continuing and continuing training on: health and safety in the workplace, management, processing of personal data, quality, environment, food safety for businesses and the public administration.’

The Board of Directors (BoD) considers the Quality Policy as the means to lead the Cooperative towards the continuous improvement of its performance. It is an integral part of the strategic guidelines of the Cooperative in implementation of the statutory aims of the Partners Coop Società Cooperativa It defines the following objectives:

  1. Ensuring that mandatory requirements are met in the design and delivery processes of consultancy and continuing and continuing training services in relation to applicable legislation, regulations and technical standards;
  2. Constantly monitor the degree of satisfaction of Customers, Users, their staff in order to improve the perceived Quality;
  3. Implement the monitoring of processes, the continuous improvement of the QMS and the improvement of performance in terms of effectiveness and efficiency in the organizational and technical management of the cooperative;
  4. Promote the competence, awareness and participation of staff, in particular cooperative members, by keeping them up-to-date, trained and informed;
  5. Promote the satisfaction of the organisation’s staff in terms of health and safety in the workplace, professional growth, occupational safety and economic satisfaction;
  6. Constantly evaluate the products and services purchased that directly affect the quality of the service provided; including their respective subjects such as suppliers, consultants, teachers, tutors and partners;
  7. Systematically manage and maintain infrastructure and equipment to improve its effectiveness, efficiency and business continuity;

Additional quality objectives are defined at least annually during the BoD review process. In order to achieve these quality objectives, the BoD is committed to:

  • Activate, maintain and constantly improve the QMS in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard;
  • To entrust the CQO Chief Quality Officer with the responsibility and authority to ensure compliance with the provisions of the QMS;
  • Regularly monitor the QMS through the preparation of internal audits, in order to assess compliance with system requirements;
  • Ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated and understood and applied at all levels of the Cooperative and is made available to interested parties.

The Partners Coop Società Cooperativa determined the external and internal factors relevant to its strategic objectives and orientations, which influence its ability to achieve the expected results for its QMS. In determining the above factors, it assessed the context in which it operates, stockolders and their expectations, risks and opportunities for improvement and implemented through its QMS actions aimed at achieving its strategic and statutory objectives.
