Training objectives

Provide First Aid Attachés with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to: Recognize and manage health emergency situations in the company; Correctly apply first aid techniques while waiting for qualified rescues to arrive; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers and defibrillator use (if possible); Manage trauma, bleeding and other emergency situations.

Teaching methodology

The teaching activity is structured to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage health emergency situations in the workplace, in compliance with current legislation.
The course explores the main first aid procedures, including intervention techniques to deal with sudden illness, trauma and other critical conditions pending the arrival of qualified rescue. The training course includes theoretical sessions supported by audiovisual aids specifically designed to facilitate learning and make the content clearer and more effective. In addition, ample space is dedicated to practical exercises, which are essential to become familiar with the main first aid maneuvers, such as cardiac massage (CPR), airway management and the application of dressings and bandages.
Participants will have the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned through emergency simulations, carried out under the guidance of qualified instructors, to consolidate the skills necessary to intervene promptly and effectively. Please note that all courses are held in Italian and a good comprehension is required, both written and oral, in order to properly follow the lessons and actively participate in the exercises.
