Objectives:Provide expertise on safety in the workplace and in particular on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases of workers employed in high-risk companies in compliance with the vocational training obligations pursuant to Article 37(2) of Legislative Decree No 81 of 9 April 2008, in accordance with the minimum content laid down in the agreement of the State-Regions Conference of 21 December 2011 on the training of workers.

Methodology:The methodology adopted is aimed at promoting active learning of participants, through techniques and tools for adult training such as: exemplifying and interactive lesson; discussion of cases; group work; simulations and exercises.
Programme:
UFC 1 – Training of Workers General Part.
Training objective: Provide expertise in workplace safety with reference to the concepts of risk, harm, prevention,
protection, and the presentation of general concepts in the field of prevention and safety at work.
– References to legislation and definitions;
– Concepts of risk, damage, prevention and protection;
– Organisation of occupational prevention;
– Rights, duties and penalties for the various corporate entities;
– Supervisory, control and assistance bodies.

UFC 2 – Training of Workers Specific Part.
Training objective: Provide specific skills in the field of safety in the workplace according to the risks related to the tasks to the possible
damage and the consequent prevention and protection measures and procedures specific to the sector or sector to which the holding belongs;

– General mechanical risks;
– General Electrical Risks;
– Machinery, equipment and PPE risks;
– Risks from above;
– Explosion hazards;
– Chemical hazards, Mist-Oils-Fumi-Vapori-Polveri, Labelling;
– Carcinogenic risks;
– Biological risks;
– Physical risks, Noise, Vibration, Radiation;
– Risks relating to the workplace, microclimate and lighting;
– Organisation of work, Work-related stress,
– Video terminals;
– Handling of loads and handling of goods;
– Signs, Emergencies, Exodus procedures and fires;
– Organisational procedures for first aid;
– Other Risks and Specific Security Procedures.
Information
The worker has the fundamental right to receive appropriate and specific training in the field of health and safety at work, as laid down in Article 37 of Legislative Decree No 81/08. This training course is essential to allow the worker to know the risks related to their activity and to adopt correct behaviors to protect their health and that of their colleagues.
