Provide skills in the field of safety in the workplace with reference to the concepts of risk, damage, prevention, protection, and the presentation of general concepts in the field of prevention and safety at work.
– References to legislation and definitions;
– Concepts of risk, damage, prevention and protection;

– Rights, duties and penalties for the various corporate entities;
– Supervisory, control and assistance bodies.

Programme:Presentation of general concepts on prevention and safety at work; with particular reference to the following contents: Concepts of risk, damage, prevention, protection, organization of business prevention, rights, duties and sanctions for the various corporate subjects, supervisory bodies, control and assistance.
Information
The worker has the fundamental right to receive appropriate and specific training in the field of health and safety at work, as laid down in Article 37 of Legislative Decree No 81/08. This training course is essential to allow the worker to know the risks related to their activity and to adopt correct behaviors to protect their health and that of their colleagues.
