Programme details
Teachers:Qualified teachers according to the D.I. 6 March 2013 Agreement Rep. acts no. 59 CSR of 17 April 2025
Objectives:The training course aims to provide specific skills in the field of safety in the workplace according to the risks related to the tasks to the possible damage and the consequent prevention and protection measures and procedures characteristic of the sector or sector to which the worker belongs.
Expected results:
Educational Units:CFU 1 – General Training
CFU 2 – Specific Training
Methodology:The methodology adopted is aimed at promoting the active learning of participants, through techniques and tools for adult training such as: an exemplary and interactive lesson; discussion of cases; group work; simulations and exercises. 
Programme:CFU 1 – General Training
– Concepts of danger, risk and harm
– prevention and protection
– Rights, duties and penalties for the various corporate entities;
– Supervisory, control and assistance bodies.
CFU 2 – Specific Training

Information
The worker has the fundamental right to receive appropriate and specific training in the field of health and safety at work, as laid down in Article 37 of Legislative Decree No 81/08. This training course is essential to allow the worker to know the risks related to their activity and to adopt correct behaviors to protect their health and that of their colleagues.
