The course is aimed at Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS), as defined in Article 2 of Legislative Decree No 81/08.
Training objectives
The training course aims to provide the skills and knowledge to play the role of worker representative for safety, according to the duties provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. In particular, it aims to provide tools and methods that allow specific training to be acquired to allow effective collaboration in the implementation and maintenance of an organized system for prevention and safety at work.

Teaching methodology
The methodology adopted is aimed at promoting the active learning of participants, through techniques and tools for adult training such as: an exemplary and interactive lesson; discussion of cases; group work; simulations and exercises.

The Workers' Safety Representative (RLS) has the right to receive specific and in-depth training in the field of health and safety at work, as laid down in Article 37(10) of Legislative Decree No 81/08. This training course plays an essential role in ensuring that the SLS can effectively carry out its task of protecting the health and safety of workers in the workplace.
